Carmen is an accomplished expert in customer experience (CX) consulting, interim management, and AI integration. With over 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, and business strategy, she has held various C-suite roles, including Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Chief AI & Experience Officer (CAIO). Carmen specializes in aligning customer and employee experiences across all departments, ensuring seamless and cohesive journeys. Her expertise in leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and drive operational excellence is instrumental in our mission.
